1. Refund, Cancellation, & Return Policy
Plak That does not provide refunds, cancellations, or returns of product since each and every print is made to order and completely custom. Reasons for return or refund requests normally come down to the following:
Style - If you are concerned about the woodgrain showing through your image too much, then we strongly urge you to choose the Vibrant style. If you upload your image and a line / crease of the plank goes through someone's head, then we recommend choosing a different size or a solid wood print option.
Quality - If you are concerned about your photo not being clear or printing blurry, then reach out to us after placing your order and we'll double check. Poor quality images is not a reason for a refund, and we have a low resolution warning built-in to our order uploader to help filter out the lower quality images.
If your print arrives damaged, please reach out to us at contact@plakthat.com and we will reprint your order at no charge. Please include photos of the damaged print.
2. Shipping / Turnaround Time
Generally, most orders are shipped out within 1-2 weeks (sometimes a little later during the holidays rush). Keep in mind that everything is built to order, so please give us some grace in building your prints :) Shipping times depend on which shipping service the customer chooses. Our advertised turnaround times are for processing only, not for shipping time to your doorstep! All orders ship from Ocean City, MD. If you have a deadline for your order let us know via email and we will try our best to accommodate! We will do our best to have your item ship by the cutoff date for the carrier but take no responsibility for lost items, wrong address, or carrier delays. If your item does not arrive on time then please reach out and we will help you file a claim with the carrier, but only if we are notified within the USPS or UPS advertised claim periods.
